Job Description
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and own the strategic direction, roadmap, and feature prioritization for components within the Time and Labor product line, aligning with business objectives and market needs.Customer & Market Insight:
Conduct in-depth customer research (qualitative and quantitative), market analysis, and competitive analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities.Outcome-Oriented Product Leadership:
Define clear problem statements and measurable outcomes (OKRs), ensuring teams focus on delivering customer and business impact, not just feature output.Requirements & Definition:
Translate strategic objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Cross-Functional Product Leadership:
Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for product within agile teams, collaborating closely with engineering, UX/UI, and QA to ensure successful delivery.Data-Driven Optimization:
Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics. Implement structured experimentation and use insights to continuously improve product performance.Stakeholder Communication & Influence:
Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and updates effectively across internal and external audiences, building alignment and enabling successful go-to-market execution.AI Product Thinking:
Translate emerging AI capabilities (LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, decision systems) into practical, customer-facing value. Ensure AI features incorporate appropriate human-in-the-loop controls, explainability, and trust, especially in regulated workforce scenarios.Agentic AI Strategy & Application:
Identify and deliver high-impact agentic AI use cases (e.g., automated scheduling recommendations, proactive compliance alerts, intelligent timecard resolution, conversational assistants).Domain Expertise:
Maintain deep expertise in Time and Labor, including regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and AI applications in workforce management.Voice of Customer Leadership:
Act as the authoritative voice of the customer by systematically capturing, synthesizing, and operationalizing insights from research, usage data, support signals, and field feedback. Build and maintain closed-loop feedback systems to ensure insights directly inform roadmap decisions. Balance explicit (stated) and latent (behavioral) needs to drive meaningful product outcomes and exceptional user experiences. 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including senior-level individual contributor experience (Senior Product Manager or equivalent) within scaling SaaS environments. Demonstrated success driving customer-centric outcomes through matrixed, cross-functional product development teams. Proven ability to build and sustain a strong "customer-first" mindset in solving user and business problems. Strong analytical skills, leveraging data, user research, and business cases to inform decisions in enterprise SaaS environments. Comfortable presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders. Track record of balancing product discovery with delivery of high-quality user experiences. Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI capabilities into SaaS products, with a clear understanding of strengths, limitations, and real-world applications. Familiarity with agent-based systems, orchestration patterns, or AI-driven workflow automation (e.g., multi-step reasoning, tool use, decision support systems). We work in a hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required. Demonstrated success launching enterprise SaaS products. Deep functional and technical knowledge of Time and Labor (T&L) systems (e.g., timekeeping, scheduling, absence management) or adjacent domains. Strong understanding of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management systems. Experience building or managing AI-powered or AI-assisted enterprise workflows, including familiarity with LLM patterns (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, hallucination mitigation). Experience defining and tracking AI-specific product metrics such as trust, accuracy, intervention rate, and user reliance. Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders. Comfort navigating ambiguity in both new product development and mature product evolution. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.What Success Looks Like:
