We're looking for a Manager, Product Delivery to lead the delivery and execution of Sallie.com's core content and discovery experiences—including our blog, research hub, college content, and broader site experience that helps students and families navigate their education journey with confidence. This role sits at the heart of how we inform, guide, and engage users through high-quality, trusted content and tools. This role is ideal for an aspiring execution-focused product leader who thrives at the intersection of business goals, content strategy, and technical delivery. You will work hand-in-hand with the business lead to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions across content platforms and user experiences. As the technical subject matter expert for Sallie.com's content ecosystem, you'll help own the delivery roadmap, coordinate across multiple teams and platforms, and ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. What You'll Do Collaborate closely with the business lead to define and help maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with business priorities. Coordinate across development, design, quality assurance, data, and content teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Lead initiatives that bring together the consumer-facing experience with authenticated experiences across multiple platforms. Become the technical delivery expert for Sallie.com's content and discovery experience—developing a deep understanding of the platform architecture, data flows, and key stakeholders and users. Serve as the liaison with risk and compliance partners to ensure alignment and that all relevant items are fully vetted and meet regulatory standards. Leverage analytics and insights to inform marketplace decisions. Partner with data science and analytics teams to define use cases, shape data models, and deliver impactful solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead discovery sessions, manage competing priorities, and communicate trade-offs effectively. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system scalability and reliability. What You Have Minimum skills and experience required. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver complex products in agile environments. Strong technical acumen with understanding of data architecture, analytics, and system integration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Experience working with risk, compliance, and legal teams in regulated environments. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and drive results with limited resources. Experience with marketing operations platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Mendix, or similar tools).
Preferred:
Indicate "nice to haves" regarding education, skills, and experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field. 5 years of experience in marketing operations or product delivery; ideally in edtech, fintech, or digital platforms. Experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and modern data stacks is a plus. Knowledge of event tagging & of tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium. Understanding of web experimentation or digital marketing analytics.
