Job Description The MDM Product Manager will help define and drive the Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategy for U.S. Bank — establishing golden record products as foundational data capabilities that enable AI, analytics, and business decision-making across the organization. This role sits in Enterprise Data Office MDM team at the intersection of data strategy, product management, and enterprise governance, transforming multi-domain MDM data into tangible, governed, and scalable data products. Mission Serve as a key Partner for the EDO MDM office partnering with business line data owners, technology and EDO Data Products Enablement teams to make master data a trusted, value-generating asset at scale — treating Lines of Business (LOBs) as customers and data quality as a measurable outcome. Key Responsibilities Define the MDM Vision & Roadmap — Shape the multi-year MDM roadmap aligned to LOB priorities, enterprise AI, and digital transformation initiatives. Run Golden Record Domains as Products — Establish clear value propositions, roadmaps, SLAs, and adoption metrics for each data domain. Translate Business Needs into MDM — Ensure match rules, survivorship logic, and reference data hierarchies reflect the bank's commercial, regulatory, and operational priorities. Prioritize Data Domains — Direct MDM investment where it matters most based on business value, regulatory requirements, and strategic impact. Stakeholder Engagement — Build alignment across CRM, underwriting, servicing, analytics, and risk teams around shared MDM data standards, ownership models, and consumption frameworks. Data Governance Partnership — Collaborate with the EDO Data Governance team to define how master data decisions are made, escalated, and enforced enterprise-wide. Backlog & Delivery Management — Actively manage the MDM product backlog through the agile delivery lifecycle, ensuring delivery is tied to LOB use cases and measurable business outcomes. , Measurement & Optimization — Define and track product SLAs across freshness, accuracy, match confidence, and availability; leverage OKRs and North Star Metrics to drive roadmap priorities and performance. , Preferred Skills & Experience Digital Product Management experience with a strong foundation in data strategy, master data management, or enterprise data platforms. Product Strategy & Vision — Expertise in defining product vision, roadmaps, and OKRs that align cross-functional teams to business outcomes. Data-Driven Decision Making — Ability to ensure a data-driven approach to prioritize "building the right thing" that maximizes results for both end users and internal business partners. Customer Centricity — Strong ability to implement strategies ensuring LOBs and internal stakeholders have a positive, value-driven experience with MDM products. Technical Acumen — Knowledge of MDM platforms, data integration, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks; ability to design and configure technical aspects of data products. , Risk & Compliance Awareness — Knowledge of risk management processes and regulatory data requirements (e.g., Basel/RWA) relevant to banking. Agile Delivery — Experience managing product backlogs and driving delivery through agile methodologies. Stakeholder Management — Proven ability to engage and align diverse enterprise stakeholders across business, technology, and governance functions. Pay Range:
$149,515.00 - $175,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
