Job Description
PATTERN MAKER & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Full-Time | Eunice, Louisiana | Hybrid Flexibility Available•ABOUT US
We are a small, established cut-and-sew apparel manufacturing facility in Eunice, Louisiana, producing high-quality workwear and protective apparel for industrial markets. Our floor is active, our standards are high, and we take real pride in what we make. We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a skilled, self-directed pattern maker and product developer to join us — someone who wants ownership of the technical side of our product line, not just a seat at a machine.•THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a dual-function role for someone equally comfortable at the patternmaking bench and thinking through a product development calendar. You will be the technical anchor of our design-to-production process — developing patterns from scratch, shepherding fit approvals, and collaborating directly with leadership on how our product line evolves. This is not a support role. You will have genuine responsibility and direct access to decision-makers.•WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pattern Making & Technical Development:
- Develop and execute patterns from sketches, tech packs, and spec sheets
- Create and maintain block patterns across all product categories
- Produce first-fit samples for design review and approval
- Attend fittings, document correction notes, and execute pattern revisions
- Review supplier patterns for accuracy and provide written correction feedback
Product Development:
- Manage the development calendar from concept hand-off through production-approved sample
- Collaborate with leadership on seasonal planning, material selection, and new categories
- Maintain organized tech packs, spec sheets, and pattern archives
- Work with the production floor to ensure approved samples are faithfully executed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 3+ years of apparel pattern making experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in CAD pattern software (Lectra Accumark, Gerber AccuMark, or equivalent)
- Hands-on sewing ability — you can build a sample yourself when needed
- Strong understanding of garment fit, drape, and construction
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-directed — you take initiative and follow through without needing to be managed step-by-step
A Strong Plus:
- Background in workwear, PPE, or industrial apparel
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with supplier fit review and outside pattern correction processes
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary:
$62,000- $82,000 depending on experience
- Relocation assistance available for candidates moving from outside the region

This role is primarily on-site, but we are open to hybrid arrangements for the right candidate during a transition period.Pay:
