We're partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand in the home fragrance space to identify a Product Development Manager to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role within an entrepreneurial company experiencing strong year-over-year growth across both DTC and national retail channels. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing products to life, and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces across the product development lifecycle. What you'll be doing:
Own and manage product development timelines from concept through launch
Coordinate cross-functional communication across operations, design, suppliers, manufacturing, and leadership
Support seasonal assortment launches and retailer-exclusive programs
Manage product data, documentation, timelines, and launch readiness
Partner with both domestic manufacturers and external vendor partners
Help improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency as the company scales
Track deliverables, proactively identify bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward What we're looking for:
Experience in product development, commercialization, project management, or product operations within a consumer products company
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Highly proactive, autonomous, and execution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-growth environment
Strong communicator who can influence and coordinate across teams Additional details:
Hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence preferred (DFW area)
Consumer products experience required; home/fragrance experience is a plus but not mandatory This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of bringing products to market and wants to grow alongside a scaling consumer brand.
