We have three openings:

Product Manager - Emerging Markets, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. These roles will be part of an integrated product management team, owning the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, optimization, and discontinuation. The work model is hybrid, with local presence required, and the reason for these openings is due to business growth. Responsibilities Research emerging markets, technologies, construction trends, and ecosystems. Identify product opportunities aligned with brand, technical strengths, and manufacturing capabilities. Define MVPs, requirements documents, market sizing, pricing strategy, and initial forecasts. Translate conceptual ideas into executable business cases. Partner with category Product Managers to hand off defined opportunities for development. Explore transversal technologies that may span multiple product categories. Leverage broader organizational resources, including existing data center divisions. Identify partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition paths to improve speed to market. Present findings to leadership, sales, and customers. Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements. Partner with engineering and manufacturing on development and sourcing. Manage pricing, inventory, and operational performance. Lead go-to-market strategy including messaging, training, and sales enablement. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape. Drive category innovation and incremental growth initiatives. Lead major product lines while developing and managing Associate Product Managers. Own long-term strategy, financial performance, and talent development. Prepare and lead SO&P reviews. Identify M&A opportunities aligned with long-term strategy. Represent the brand with executive leadership and customers. Essential Skills Hardware product management experience or strong hardware exposure. Highly collaborative working style. Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong business acumen and business case rigor. Experience in new product development and product lifecycle management. Experience in market discovery and emerging markets. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electrical, construction, or building infrastructure experience. Data center market exposure (required for Emerging Markets role). Design thinking experience. Manufacturing exposure. Salesforce and PowerBI familiarity. MBA or advanced degree. Work Environment The work environment is highly collaborative and team-oriented, fostering a curious and innovation-driven mindset. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
