The Bernard Group is looking for a Product Manager to lead and evolve our B2B integration strategy. In this role, you will help modernize our data exchange capabilities across EDI, APIs, and third-party systems while supporting scalable, client-focused integration solutions. This position partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and client IT teams to prioritize roadmaps, define integration requirements, and drive Agile product development. The ideal candidate brings experience with B2B integrations, ERP connectivity, AWS-based environments, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced technical environments.
Shift available:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (this is a hybrid role and does require some onsite presence at our Chanhassen, MN office) A variety of these traits will help land you this job : Deep B2
B Integration Background:
Proven experience managing complex data flows, preferably with EDI, JSON, CSV, and XML.
Systems Ecosystem & Architecture:
Familiarity with ERP integration patterns, AWS-based architecture, and have a proven ability to lead products through the Agile Development lifecycle.
Strategic Problem Solving:
Ability to navigate "undefined" product spaces by creating alignment across stakeholders and driving forward progress through clear documentation and user stories. On top of that you must have: a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent relevant experience 2-5 years of related experience Knowledge of IT systems such as CRM, ERP or WMS Experience managing B2B integrations including EDI, APIs, JSON, XML, and CSV data flows I n this position, you will:
Modernize Integration Strategy:
Lead the "build vs. buy" evaluation for a new mapping orchestration tool that empowers configuration-based setups, shifting the heavy lifting away from pure engineering to a more agile, supportable model. Bridging the
Gap:
Manage custom integrations that support headless features within our internally built ecommerce platform, Collaterate, Pace, and other third-party systems.
Client-Facing Leadership:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for our B2B clients' IT departments, helping to define data schemas and ensuring our AWS-based architecture meets their integration needs.
Roadmap & Value Realization:
Define and maintain a Product Map that balances the maintenance of current legacy infrastructure with the steady development of a unified, "one-product" integration layer.
Agile Collaboration:
Partner closely with a dedicated engineering team, a shared Product Owner, and a System Architect to prioritize the backlog and drive technical feasibility. Compensation Range :
$109,000 - 130,000 annually •Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
