Product Manager - Advisory Data & Research Optomi, in partnership with a global leader in commercial real estate services, investment, and advisory solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to support a growing Data & Research technology team. This individual will play a key role in driving product execution and helping shape the evolution of internal data, analytics, and research platforms that support research, market intelligence, and broker enablement initiatives across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level Product Manager looking to grow into a more strategic product ownership role over time. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.

6 Month Contract-to-Hire (W2 Only) Required Qualifications Experience working in a Product Management role within Agile environments Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity effectively Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable work Strong prioritization and organizational skills Comfortable being vocal, influencing decisions, and pushing back when necessary Experience leading or participating in scrum ceremonies Ability to balance tactical execution with broader product thinking Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data-driven or analytics-focused products Exposure to SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or related data technologies Familiarity with research, analytics, or data platform environments Experience supporting internal tools, ingestion systems, or reporting platforms Responsibilities Own and manage product roadmap initiatives for data and research-focused platforms Gather, synthesize, and prioritize stakeholder and user feedback Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define product requirements Drive product discovery efforts and identify opportunities for platform enhancements Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog prioritization Lead Agile ceremonies and support scrum team execution Manage dependencies, changing priorities, and delivery timelines across initiatives Support product launches, user training, adoption, and success measurement Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to leadership teams Participate across the full product lifecycle including strategy, execution, operational ownership, and continuous improvement
