Lead high-value product planning and development initiatives, fostering coordination among diverse internal and external stakeholders. Design, develop, and implement digital and AI/GenAI-driven products that support large-scale client transformations, and align with QuantumBlack's portfolio vision, business goals, and user needs. Translate complex business and user requirements into clear product specifications with a focus on feasibility, scalability, and impact. Drive effective collaboration across cross-functional agile teams - including engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders -to define product vision and roadmap, while fostering a culture of open communication and knowledge-sharing to consistently deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions on time and within budget. Facilitate workshops to gather user feedback, create detailed user personas and journeys, and prioritize product backlogs to deliver value-driven solutions. Analyze product performance metrics to inform prioritization decisions and continuously enhance product features and user experience. Work closely with engineers and designers to define technical capabilities, workflows and design systems, and leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance product intelligence. Guide products through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept and roadmap development through launch and ongoing iterations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and securing buy-in for product initiatives and strategic priorities. Present product updates and performance metrics to the executive team, driving alignment and support for critical strategic directions. Use data storytelling to present insights, user impact, and business value to stakeholders. Apply agile methodologies that promote adaptability, experimentation, and continuous improvement while mentoring high-performing product teams to foster innovation and collaboration. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Telecommuting permitted. Qualified applicants for this position must possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or related field or foreign degree equivalent, and minimum two (2) years of experience working with cross-functional teams in the technology space and building out software tech/AI solutions through the product development lifecycle.
Experience must include:
End-to-end complex problem solving from ideation to post-launch through Product/Technology development ; Running complex problems and user discovery, competitive analysis, and shaping a product's value proposition; Skills in prioritization frameworks and defining/measuring product KPIs or OKRs for shipped features; Partnering with engineering to shape functional requirements, address technical debt, and ensure readiness for release; Supporting go-to-market activities (e.g., adoption tracking, stakeholder communications, preparing C-level materials); Working with emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, LLM ecosystem tools, cloud native development, modern data or engineering architectures); Applying knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices - including DevSecOps practices, non-functional/security/compliance requirements, testing practices, and continuous integration ; Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and ceremonies of Agile delivery method; Presenting product updates or roadmaps to senior stakeholders (e.g., Director/C level) and tailoring messaging for technical and non technical audiences.
