Product Manager inDrive Product Leesburg, VA, USA Posted on Mar 19, 2026 Apply now We are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to own and develop product capabilities in the payment processing domain at inDrive. In this role, you will design and evolve payment solutions, including acquiring, routing, orchestration, and full transaction lifecycle management Department Product Management Department Employment Type Full Time Location Kazakhstan Address Almaty, Almaty Special District Workplace type Hybrid Key Responsibilities Support the launch and rollout of cashless and digital payment solutions for passengers across multiple markets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with defined requirements Participate in product discovery and solution design, contributing to requirements definition, user flows, and functional specifications for cashless initiatives Define and document product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) Ensure timely delivery of features in close collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and fintech infrastructure teams Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team Track dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines, ensuring commitments are met Work closely with internal stakeholders (Fintech, Legal, Compliance, Payments, Country teams) and maintain transparent communication Collect, analyze, and monitor product and business metrics (adoption, usage, conversion, performance, incidents) to assess product success and identify improvement opportunities Assist in post-launch analysis, issue tracking, and continuous improvement of cashless solutions
Product Impact Adoption:
growth of the share of passengers using cashless payments (metric: % of cashless rides)
Usage:
frequency of cashless feature usage (metric: transactions per active user)
Business Impact GMV:
growth of ride volume processed via cashless payments (metric: GMV via cashless)
Market Coverage:
expansion of cashless functionality across geographies (metric: number of active markets)
Delivery & Execution Timeliness:
on-time delivery of planned features (metric: % of features delivered on schedule)
Quality:
stability and reliability of released features (metric: number of critical post-release issues) Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, including: banks, MFIs, or payment providers; fintech products within e-commerce or super apps. Strong understanding of cashless payments, payment flows, and wallet-based products Proven experience managing both discovery and delivery phases of product development Ability to write clear and structured product documentation (PRDs, Jira, Confluence) Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and external payment partners Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Personal Qualities Structured and systems-level thinking with a strong focus on business outcomes Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders Responsibility and accountability for end-to-end results Adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture.
