Identify and address risks, threats, and opportunities that may impact the product's success, and proactively notify and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. Maintain a clear understanding of the product vision and communicate it consistently to the team and stakeholders to ensure shared alignment and focus. Define user experience flows that support intuitive and effective interactions for end users. Contribute to product thinking and design, advocate for users, and consistently represent the voice of the customer in product decisions. Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, telematics solutions, and connected car data services within the platform.
