What You'll Do:

Assist in the creation of custom solutions tailored to the unique aspects of client culture, ensuring seamless adoption. Support the design and creation of compelling prototypes or proof-of-concepts (POCs) that illustrate the solution's impact and effectively deliver the technical story to stakeholders. Contribute to recommendations on product feature prioritization, based on client and product knowledge, while supporting project timelines/resource plans. Go beyond the explicit client requests to infer underlying needs by understanding business context, market trends, and industry knowledge, contributing to the firm's position as a thought leader. Work through complex organizational obstacles with persistence to help drive meaningful maturity within client environments.

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience with a strong background in Product Management, software engineering, UI/UX design, or a related technical discipline to build credibility amongst stakeholders. Ability to contribute to preliminary solutions for clients in support of pre-sales initiatives, and help pass off structured solution plans to internal technical teams to carry the vision forward. Demonstrated ability to work across IT and business stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, helping ensure work is prioritized appropriately based on client and product needs. Prior professional experience within a technology consulting firm is required, with a track record of growth and progression. Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or professional experience in Software Engineering/Development or UI/UX Design is strongly preferred.
