Bridger provides aerial wildfire surveillance, relief and suppression, and aerial firefighting services using next-generation technology and environmentally friendly and sustainable firefighting methods primarily throughout the United States and Canada, as well as airframe modification and integration solutions for governmental and commercial customers. Our mission is to save lives, property and habitats threatened by wildfires, leveraging our high-quality team, specialized aircraft and innovative use of technology and data. We are meeting an underserved and growing need for next-generation full-service aerial firefighting platforms. What youll Do We are building communications and software solutions that help firefighters and aviation assets fight wildfires more effectively. Our tools are used in some of the most demanding operational environments in the world, where the stakes are high and reliability is non-negotiable. Our Ignis mobile and web application (ignistech.io) is bringing real-time intelligence to the frontlines, enabling more effective, efficient and safer firefighting operations. Our Ignis team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who understands what it means to build technology that people depend on when it matters most. This is a fully remote position that requires semi-regular travel to our headquarters in Bozeman, MT and to our customers across the US. What were looking for: Minimum of 3-6 years of product management experience in a mission-critical, operational, or safety-critical environment Proven ability to build trust with demanding, expert end users and translate their needs into great products Strong product instincts — you can identify what matters, cut what doesnt, and make confident decisions with incomplete information Experience managing complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Bonus if you have: Experience with geospatial data, mapping platforms, or consumer navigation products Experience in defense, public safety, aviation, or government technology Direct experience with wildfire operations, first responder environments, or emergency management Why join us?
