Job Description:
Overview Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Digital Product Analytics Manager to own and evolve analytics as a product across web and mobile platforms. This is a highly hands-on role focused on data analysis, experimentation, and optimization, not a traditional roadmap-only Product Manager position. You will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, building and executing A/B testing strategies, and delivering actionable insights that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue across digital products. This role sits at the intersection of product, analytics, and experimentation, requiring someone who can query data, validate insights, build dashboards, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own digital analytics as a product—delivering insights that influence product and business decisions Design, configure, launch, and analyze A/B/n experiments to optimize customer experience and conversion Develop and execute optimization strategies across web and mobile applications Write and execute SQL queries (Snowflake) to analyze clickstream and behavioral data Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau) to track performance and KPIs Define and measure success metrics for new features and enhancements Analyze customer journeys and identify conversion friction points and opportunities Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy across analytics platforms Present insights and recommendations through clear storytelling to cross-functional stakeholders Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and Insights teams to align analytics with business strategy Act as the voice of performance—highlighting trends, wins, losses, and optimization opportunities Must-Have Qualifications (Top Priorities) Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Snowflake preferred) — writing queries and analyzing raw data Proven experience with A/B testing / experimentation (configuring, launching, and measuring results) Experience building dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience owning or supporting analytics as a product Ability to present data insights and tell a compelling story to stakeholders 2-5+ years of experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Additional Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Digital Product Analytics / Digital Analytics / Product Analytics Experience with clickstream data and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Quantum Metric, FullStory) Experience using experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Dynamic Yield Familiarity with AWS (S3 buckets) and modern data environments Exposure to AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) is a plus Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira, etc.) Understanding of conversion funnels, digital merchandising, and eCommerce optimization Experience with CMS platforms is a plus Soft Skills & Traits Strong data storytelling and presentation skills ("front-of-house" presence) Highly analytical, curious, and proactive Ability to move quickly from data insight action Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority Strong business acumen with a focus on driving measurable impact What Success Looks Like Improved conversion rates and customer engagement Clear, actionable insights delivered to leadership and stakeholders Well-structured experimentation pipeline driving measurable results Accurate, trusted data and reporting across digital products Strong partnership across Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams Important Note This is NOT a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who is hands-on with data, experimentation, and analytics tools, and who treats analytics as a product, not just a supporting function.
