Job Description:
We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to support a global retail and lifestyle brand focused on delivering innovative digital commerce experiences. This role will help drive digital product strategy and partner cross-functionally to launch features and capabilities that improve the customer journey across ecommerce platforms. If you have experience in digital product management, ecommerce, and agile software development, this is a great opportunity to work closely with business, technology, and design teams on high-impact initiatives. What You'll Do Own prioritization and planning for onsite customer acquisition and account experiences Identify opportunities for new features, tools, and capabilities within the digital commerce experience Analyze customer insights, ecommerce trends, and analytics to drive product decisions Write and document business requirements, user stories, and product definitions Partner closely with UX, Analytics, Testing, and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle Support agile development processes including sprint planning, SCRUM ceremonies, UAT testing, and releases Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute launch planning and feature rollouts Drive clarity, communication, and detailed documentation across teams What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills 3-5 years of digital product management experience within ecommerce or retail Experience working within software development and agile environments Strong experience writing business requirements and supporting UAT testing Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and digital commerce platforms Nice to Have Experience with CMS platforms or digital marketing enablement (email/SMS) Background supporting DTC or retail ecommerce experiences Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and testing methodologies Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Ability to lead SCRUM meetings and coordinate across teams Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
