About the
Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements. Create product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance and iteratively improve features based on data and feedback. Launch new products and enhancements, ensuring successful adoption. Act as a product evangelist internally and externally. Manage cross-functional communication and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Pay:
$89,350.65 - $150,519.05 per year
