Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote (Hybrid) Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the Men's Sportswear Apparel team. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Design, Merchandising, and Development teams to ensure accuracy, organization, and execution throughout the product creation process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while supporting the development of innovative apparel products. Job Description Support Product Line Managers throughout the apparel product creation lifecycle. Coordinate product samples, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and readiness for reviews. Maintain product toolkits, line plans, and seasonal product documentation. Assist with data reconciliation and reporting across multiple systems and tools. Support line plan handovers and key seasonal milestones. Partner with Product, Design, Merchandising, and Development teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and workflows. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to project discussions. Help maintain organization and clarity across complex product creation initiatives. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree required. 2+ years of experience in apparel product creation, product management support, merchandising, retail apparel, or a related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Keynote. Experience managing apparel samples. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through. Experience supporting cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience within apparel, fashion, footwear, or retail industries. Product line management experience. Merchandising experience. Understanding of trends, consumer insights, and apparel product development. Previous Nike experience is a plus but not required. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field required.
