Senior Product Manager - Emerging Markets Job Description We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team in West Hartford, CT. This role is pivotal in leading major product lines and developing a team of Associate Product Managers. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of global hardware products, with the resources to transform innovative ideas into reality. Responsibilities Own the full cradle-to-grave lifecycle of assigned product categories. Lead the development and execution of a 5-year vision for product lines. Prepare and lead Sales and Operations Planning (SO&P) reviews. Identify and assess M&A opportunities in alignment with long-term strategies. Manage, mentor, and develop Associate Product Managers. Act as a brand ambassador with executive leadership and customers. Essential Skills Extensive experience in product management with a focus on hardware. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities. Collaborative working style across functions such as engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. Strong communication skills to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in new product development and product lifecycle management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electrical, construction, or building infrastructure. Exposure to the data center market. Familiarity with design thinking and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred. Responsible use of AI tools and understanding of validation and sourcing. Work Environment The work environment is highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on innovation and growth. Located in West Hartford, CT, the role offers hybrid work flexibility with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
