Junior Coordinator -
Product Manager II Length of Assignment:
6 months (through the end of 2026)
Location:
Mettawa, IL 60045 (Local candidates only/relocation won't be considered)
Work Schedule:
Hybrid - 3 days a week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

1 Translate strategy into structured, executable frameworks and operating models 2. Design scalable workflows, templates, and repeatable process systems 3. Develop clear, actionable business and operational requirements 4. Create artifacts and structured documentation systems from exec-ready, director level and manager level audiences 5. Enable cross-functional execution through workflow design, governance, and coordination Role Summary Supports execution of the patient support program through disciplined documentation and coordination Develops and maintains operating documents, SOPs, workflows, and training materials Translates complex cross?functional discussions into clear written summaries and action items Core Responsibilities Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operating documentation Develop training materials and change management artifacts Document business requirements and track milestones and dependencies Ensure materials are consistent, version?controlled, and reuse?ready Support scaling across APS teams under Strategist and Associate Director guidance
