6 months Role Overview The Product Manager for Content Sales Planning is accountable for the success of Content Sales Planning capabilities. This involves partnering with business stakeholders and leading collaboration with cross-functional technical delivery teams. This role will shape the product vision and roadmap, convert business priorities into an actionable backlog, and ensure delivery increments produce value through continuous discovery and adoption. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary engagement lead for Content Sales stakeholders and business subject matter experts, building relationships and aligning leaders on outcomes and priorities. Facilitate the elicitation, analysis, and organization of product requirements into a clear, actionable backlog focused on incremental business value. Maintain empathy for end users and represent their workflows throughout the product lifecycle. Drive clarity on business definitions and decisions, ensuring a consistent product experience across business and technical teams. Guide cross-functional execution by partnering with Architecture, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to integrate technical solutions into the product roadmap. Collaborate with the technical delivery and functional teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Define the strategic product vision and roadmap in partnership with business and technology sponsors. Prioritize features into a release plan based on a prioritized backlog, balancing business urgency and technical feasibility. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure validation cycles are aligned with business readiness and release timelines. Partner with Change Management to drive adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder feedback. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience defining and managing business requirements and outcomes with business partners. Experience working with technical teams to integrate features into a product roadmap. Experience writing detailed epics or user stories with measurable acceptance criteria and operating in Agile delivery approaches. Experience working in cross-matrixed teams with multiple workstreams and integration points. Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varied audiences and senior stakeholders. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical partners. Key Competencies Business engagement leadership, including workshop facilitation and executive alignment. Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and backlog items. Effective collaboration with engineering, architecture, and quality assurance teams. A user-first mindset, with a focus on user acceptance testing and training to drive usage.
