Position Summary The Product Manager leads and champions the NorthPoint Cabinetry brand, overseeing product strategy, lifecycle management, forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as the voice of the customer and drives growth through market insights, strategic planning, and operational alignment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning Manage full product lifecycle, including launches and discontinuations Lead forecasting and inventory planning to optimize supply and reduce excess Support pricing strategy through cost analysis and market benchmarking Collaborate with sourcing partners on vendor performance, quality, and cost Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities Serve as subject matter expert for sales, marketing, and customer service teams Lead cross-functional projects and product launches Maintain accurate product data within ERP systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 5+ years of product management experience (B2B preferred) Strong Excel and analytical skills; ERP experience required (SAP preferred) Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and build business cases Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Cabinet or building products industry experience Exposure to global sourcing and multi-brand environments
Additional Information Travel:
~5-6 domestic trips annually; limited international travel
