Job Description

Blue Chip Talent, Inc. has an opening for the position of Product Manager (Ref# PM511MS).
Work Location:
2100 Pontiac Lake Rd., Building 49 West, Waterford, MI 48328 Position may telecommute / work remotely 3 days/week.
Job Duties:
Act as the Product Manager for AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning) and other products including defining product strategy and roadmap, conduct competitive and market analysis, prioritize and document product features, collaborating with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, lead customer discovery and usability testing, develop detailed user personas and use case documentation, validate product concepts and features through prototyping and customer feedback loops, develop comprehensive go-to-market and launch plans, create sales enablement and service/support materials, collaborate with marketing to create materials, and post launch monitor product performance and market response to iterate on product features and strategy. Support strategic initiatives at the intersection of AI/ML, data engineering, and full-stack development to build scalable, secure, and intelligent systems using AWS services, Python, and diverse AI/ML tools. Own the design and delivery of a secure analytics platform that ingests data from multiple sources, clean and normalize it, orchestrate pipelines, design centralized analytical stores, develop ML and AI services, and deliver decision ready visualizations and agency specific data exports. Ensure all solutions meet client and related security standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with database managers, server administrators, information security teams, and network engineers to architect, build, and operationalize modern data and AI solutions. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and ETL/ELT workflows in AWS using services such as EC2, Redshift, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, and Snowflake. Develop AI/ML agents and models using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and PyTorch to enable capabilities such as natural language to SQL conversion, AI meeting minutes summarization, and sentiment analysis. Support full-stack AI application development using Flutter/Dart for front-end and Python/Flask for back-end, integrating with APIs via AWS API Gateway, Lambda, and OpenAPI specifications. Architect and implement robust data migration processes, ensuring data is encrypted in transit and at rest while moving across heterogeneous databases (e.g., Oracle to Redshift) using AWS DMS. Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and SAP BusinessObjects to deliver real-time business intelligence to executive leadership. Spearhead security-focused initiatives, including developing a stakeholder-facing security dashboard that communicates key metrics about the organization's data protection and environment health. Drive automation and data quality initiatives - streamlining redundant workflows, improving validation logic, and optimizing systems performance.
Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Position requires completion of Master's-level academic coursework in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. 40hrs/week.
