Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)
Pay:
$74 to $75/hour
Experience:
5-10+ years of experience in product management, underwriting policy, or related business analysis roles, ideally within the workers' compensation insurance space.

Monday - Friday Conde Group is seeking a Product Manager (Underwriting) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that policy administration capabilities evolve to meet business needs with clarity, consistency, and long-term architectural integrity. Guide strategy, shaping product direction, and ensuring operational and technical alignment across our policy administration ecosystem.
Position Requirements:
Expertise in Underwriting policy administration systems to support modernization and transformation efforts.
