Product Manager_RCM Location:
Remote Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the design and implementation of a new enterprise data platform. This role will lead a strategic, multi-year initiative focused on unifying, normalizing, and governing data to support AI-driven use cases in workforce management, ambulatory operations, and revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities Lead the product vision, design, and delivery of a next-generation data platform. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements, roadmap development, and execution across matrixed teams. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to establish data governance, normalization, and platform standards. Drive AI-enabled use cases, including targeted insights, workforce management intelligence, and clinical records automation. Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams. Present product strategy and progress to senior leadership. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Product Management experience. 6+ years of experience delivering solutions within the healthcare industry. 4+ years building and communicating project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies in matrixed environments. 4+ years gathering and documenting business and technical requirements across diverse teams. Domain expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Understanding of data management challenges, including normalization, governance, quality, and interoperability. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or delivering AI/ML-enabled products. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to undefined problem spaces. Experience in analyzing data to support decision-making, including financial modeling or business case support.
