Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations / Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team. This role is responsible for helping the Founder structure, document, and operationalize complex product systems. This is not a traditional strategy-focused PM role. Instead, you will focus on product operations, documentation, requirement breakdown, workflow organization, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with the Founder, Design, and Engineering teams to turn complex product ideas into clear, actionable documents and trackable execution plans. Responsibilities Organize and maintain PRDs, feature specs, product documentation, and module documents Break down product requirements into clear tasks and execution details Maintain product structure, naming conventions, workflows, and status flows Support feature tracking, version records, release tracking, and product updates Assist with QA workflows, bug tracking, and requirement management Coordinate across Founder, Design, and Engineering teams Use AI tools to improve documentation, requirement breakdown, and workflow efficiency Requirements 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, project coordination, or related roles Strong structured thinking and documentation skills Ability to organize complex information into clear product documents Experience with workflow mapping, information architecture, and system documentation Understanding of AI-native product workflows and AI-assisted production systems Familiarity with AI generation lifecycle, human review loops, structured generation pipelines, and agent-assisted workflows Proficiency with Notion, Linear / Jira, Figma collaboration, and AI productivity tools Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment Strong English writing and documentation ability Preferred Qualifications Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar AI tools for work Ability to design simple AI-assisted workflows Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, Dify, or similar tools is a plus Experience with AI products, SaaS products, workflow tools, or content production platforms is preferred Location Remote candidates are welcome.
