$44/hour W2 We are seeking a Product Specialist to manage third-party technology products across their lifecycle, including licensing, vendor management, financial tracking, and product performance. This role acts as the business owner for assigned products, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and optimization. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (launch, adoption, scaling, retirement) Partner with vendors and procurement teams on contracts, renewals, and performance Support product roadmap planning and milestone tracking Define MVPs and success metrics for assigned products Monitor product performance, adoption, and operational health Identify opportunities for cost savings, growth, and optimization Support go-to-market and product adoption strategies Serve as SME for licensing, usage rights, and compliance Assist with business cases and financial justification for product decisions Ensure system-of-record accuracy for product and asset data Requirements Experience in enterprise technology environments (cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS) Exposure to product operations, IT product management, or vendor management Understanding of software licensing and asset/compliance concepts Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Git, or similar platforms About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
