For this roleWhat You'll Do:
- Own mortgage technology initiatives from concept through implementation and post-production improvements
- Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Manage product backlogs and partner with stakeholders, operations teams, and developers to drive successful delivery
- Support mortgage platforms across origination, underwriting, servicing, broker portals, and related systems
- Help deliver AI-first solutions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement What Gets You the
Job:
- 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management experience within mortgage technology
- Deep understanding of mortgage operations, origination workflows, servicing, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting LOS platforms, broker portals, underwriting systems, CRM platforms, or related mortgage applications
- Proven ability to own initiatives from concept through production while working effectively with technical and business teams
