KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, own, and execute the Salesforce platform product roadmap aligned with banking business priorities, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert, translating complex business needs from commercial banking, retail banking, and compliance teams into actionable user stories and platform solutions. Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning in collaboration with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Govern platform enhancements and change management across multi-system environments, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and cross-system consistency. Drive exploration and adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Financial Services Cloud industry features. Manage opportunity lifecycle workflows, revenue reporting, and pipeline data quality to support executive-level decision making. Collaborate with integration teams to maintain seamless data flow between Salesforce and core banking systems, document management platforms, and third-party applications. Engage senior business stakeholders regularly to gather requirements, present roadmap updates, and communicate product decisions with clarity and confidence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing Salesforce platforms in a banking or financial services environment. Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud, including configuration, workflow design, and platform governance. Proven experience working with Agile development teams using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog and sprint management. Strong understanding of banking operations including commercial lending, loan origination, client onboarding, or payments processing. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and communicate results to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce integrations to core banking or enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, data pipelines). Must be local to or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL (hybrid role); this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

CPQ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Product Owner, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification. Experience with nCino Bank Operating System for commercial loan origination and lifecycle management. Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce features such as Einstein GPT, Agentforce automation, and predictive analytics within banking contexts. Background in payments processing, treasury management, or wealth management within a regulated banking environment. Experience driving platform adoption initiatives and conducting stakeholder training or change management programs.
