About the Team The Wholesale Product Management team at Solifi drives the development of the leading technology platform for floorplan lending. Our solutions are the backbone for major banks and captive finance companies, managing billions of dollars in dealer inventory across the automotive and equipment sectors. From credit underwriting to inventory and risk management, our team builds the tools that empower lenders and help dealers thrive. We are a focused, high-performing group dedicated to maintaining our position as the gold standard in the wholesale lending industry.. About the Position The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering outstanding products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role spans strategic to tactical activities, providing cross-functional leadership while establishing strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for critical product lines. Role and Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritizing, and delivering of products, managing the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond Define product requirements, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve products, based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives Apply domain expertise in finance and lending to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action to drive business growth Proactively seek input from stakeholders to align the roadmap against business and customer needs Serve as subject matter expert for products, providing product demos as requested, engaging with existing clients, and overseeing products in production Communicate product information with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders with varying levels of technical and business skills About You Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or information systems related field 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software development Experience in fintech, financial services, or commercial lending strongly preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and effectively influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working in an agile development environment with strong understanding of agile methodologies Proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction Ability to think strategically while staying on top of tactical execution Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities Ability to travel up to 25% Location Near Alpharetta, GA - Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days a week in office Preferred Experience Level 7 years Preferred Education Level Bachelor's Degree Employment Basis Full Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spend Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Coverage, Disability Insurance Coverage (Short Term and Long Term), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K Tax Deferred Retirement Savings Plan Applications Close Date 31 Jul 2026
