Thyroid & Liver About the Opportunity Our client, a growing and innovation-focused biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support its U.S. Oncology business. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for oncology brands within specialty therapeutic areas, including rare and targeted cancers. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and execution-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. Position Overview The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving brand performance through the development and execution of HCP and patient-focused marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, medical, legal, regulatory, and agency partners to deliver impactful omnichannel campaigns and promotional programs. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical or oncology marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives Create and manage HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer-focused marketing programs Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and campaigns while ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize initiatives Lead measurement and ROI evaluation efforts using analytics and market research data Collaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant promotional execution Support forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, and long-range business planning activities Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, market access, analytics, and other commercial partners Contribute innovative approaches to omnichannel engagement and customer experience strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales Oncology, specialty pharma, or rare disease experience strongly preferred Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance and regulatory standards Proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience HCP engagement strategy Digital and non-personal promotion Specialty pharmacy marketing Sales force engagement initiatives Data analytics and performance measurement Budget management and forecasting Compensation Base salary target range: $148,000 - $195,000 , depending on experience, plus competitive bonus and benefits package. Work Environment This is a hybrid position based in Northern New Jersey, with onsite collaboration expected three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). This job opens for applications on 5/22/2026.
