Senior Product Manager, Store Fulfillment As the Senior Product Manager for Store Fulfillment, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer order experiences across store pickup, curbside, lockers, ship-from-store, and delivery staging. You'll drive the product roadmap across channels and fulfillment types, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. This role is ideal for a data-driven, customer-obsessed leader who thrives in ambiguity and can influence across all levels of the organization. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota. What you'll do Define and drive product strategy and priorities in partnership with business, experience design and Engineering Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes Identify new opportunities, build business cases, and align stakeholders to drive execution Influence product peers through value-based thinking and strong product leadership Prioritize resources and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget Basic qualifications 2 or more years of product management or related experience (engineering, UX, strategy) 1 or more years relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications 6 or more years of product management experience 4 or more years owning end-to-end product delivery across multiple teams Experience with complex distributed systems or technical platforms Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
