Job Description

Sr Product Manager, (Senior Consultant, Business & Product Deliv Job RequirementsWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver product strategy for a complex, workflow-driven adjudication platform in a regulated, greenfield environment. You will own the product vision, translate policy and operational rules into clear product behavior, and partner across engineering, operations, policy, and legal to ship a system that is accurate, efficient, and compliant.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who is energized by ambiguity, fluent in regulated domains, and ready to build something from the ground up. You will be the connective layer that keeps strategy, delivery, and stakeholders aligned as the product takes shape.

At Fearless, this Senior Consultant role requires versatility, leadership, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to maximize value delivery and adoption. The role ensures alignment of product strategy with client goals, facilitates agile ceremonies and continuous improvement, and provides critical business and functional analysis to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. This role will possess the skills to be able to span the domains of product management, scrum leadership, and business analyst at an advanced application level of proficiency . This Consultant role will work on projects that allow them to support agile software development teams and client organizations.

Role:
Product strategy & roadmap
  • Define and own the adjudication product vision, aligned to program goals such as timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Translate policy and operational needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap that the team and stakeholders can rally around.
  • Balance short-term delivery pressure with long-term scalability and sustainability of the platform. Requirements definition & backlog management
  • Translate policy and operational requirements into clear product artifacts — user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records.
  • Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog that reflects current priorities and known dependencies.
  • Ensure work is ready for engineering teams without prescribing technical implementation. Policy translation & alignment
  • Partner with policy and legal stakeholders to interpret program rules and turn them into actionable product behavior.
  • Identify ambiguities or gaps in policy early, and drive alignment across stakeholders before they become delivery blockers. Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with adjudication operations teams, policy and legal stakeholders, engineering and platform teams, and data and reporting teams.
  • Act as the connective layer that keeps decisions, trade-offs, and progress visible across all workstreams.

  • Lead and align stakeholders with product and project goals that advance customer satisfaction as well as Fearless' objectives, strategy, and mission Work Experience Project Skill and Experience Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of complex products.
  • Demonstrated experience in regulated environments — for example, benefits systems, government technology, healthcare, or fintech.
  • A track record of leading product development in a greenfield setting, w you helped define the problem as much as the solution.
  • Experience driving product strategy and delivery from initial concept through launch.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable translating between policy, operations, and engineering audiences.
  • Sound product judgment and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Direct experience with claims adjudication, eligibility, or other workflow-heavy regulated systems.
  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices — agile, continuous delivery, and product discovery methods.
