Job Summary:
Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart. The Opportunity Subject Matter Expert - Cloud Native Are you an expert at designing and implementing Cloud Native Infrastructure on prem and on cloud? Here's an opportunity to share your expertise with a global team of Cloud Native consultants. You will work together with Product Managers to craft solutions that drive new product adoption. A key deliverable expected would be to own the compilation and publishing of "Service Delivery Kits" (SDKs) that will be used by the extended professional services team to deliver various Cloud Native services around Nutanix products. You should possess deep, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, containers on major private cloud (Nutanix / VMware / OpenShift / Bare metal) and public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture, application modernization, and agile methodologies. Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. You will report to the Global Practice Leader - Cloud Native Practice . This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Workplace type may vary based on location and team requirements. Please speak with your recruiter for details. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager. Travel may be necessary up to 30% of the time, providing opportunities for in-person collaboration with clients and team members as needed. Your Role Anchor the development and enhancement of professional services based on Nutanix's Cloud Native offerings, translating market demands into innovative, market-ready solutions. Drive the successful initial delivery of new Cloud Native services, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer to the global consulting team. Establish and uphold technical standards, peer review processes, and best practices across engagements. Act as the primary technical authority for Cloud Native initiatives, providing thought leadership and pre-sales support globally. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, integrating field knowledge into product roadmaps and enhancements for Nutanix solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive training and enablement program for consultants, ensuring skilled delivery of networking and security solutions. Create impactful thought leadership content that strengthens Nutanix's position as a leader in enterprise networking and security. Set and monitor key performance indicators for consulting service quality and customer satisfaction in the Cloud Native domain.
