Job Description

job summary: We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to enhance digital experiences and stay ahead of evolving economic, competitive, technological, and customer needs. In this role, you will evaluate emerging AI capabilities, define reusable patterns, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that scale.

  • Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities by running proofs of concept and comparative assessments.
  • Develop reusable AI enablement patterns (for example, retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based approaches) aligned to enterprise-approved applications and guidelines.
  • Use REST APIs and tools such as Apigee and GitHub to automate and streamline existing processes.
  • Assess and improve API monitoring and operational excellence using tools such as API Metrics, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, define solution designs, and lead technical discussions focused on process automation using agentic AI.
  • Analyze data across multiple tools and systems to identify and deliver automation use cases.
  • Create, support, and enhance low-code automation solutions (including Power Apps and Power Automate flows) that enable product publishing and notification activities.
  • Bring strong technical aptitude, systems thinking, and hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (this role is not strictly a traditional software developer position).
  • Identify common publishing and notification patterns across federated teams and translate them into shared, reusable automation approaches.
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years working with APIs
  • 2+ years in AI development
  • 3+ years Python experience
