Job Description
Experteer Overview Strategic ServiceNow TPM responsible for vision, roadmap, and technical governance of IRM and GRC capabilities. You bridge Audit/Legal/Cybersecurity needs with scalable ServiceNow solutions to reduce manual effort and provide real-time risk visibility. You will own a 12-24 month roadmap, influence architecture and data strategy, and align the IRM/GRC suite with modern
CMDB/CSDM
standards. You act as a trusted advisor to executives and drive an automated, out-of-the-box platform across risk domains.
Compensation / Benefits
Define quarterly goals and a prioritized backlog balancing new features, technical debt, and platform health
Lead workshops with Risk, Privacy, and Procurement to document technical user stories, processes, and data models for modules like Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Change
Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure feasible, high-quality delivery
Partner with leadership to build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks using Performance Analytics to track control effectiveness
Collaborate with Architects/Tech Leads to ensure integration with identity platforms, ERPs, and vulnerability tools Tasks
10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery
5+ years as TPM or BSA supporting ServiceNow
3+ years direct IRM/GRC experience
Experience with risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and audits in regulated industries
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and workflows; Security Operations/ITSM familiarity preferred
CSA certification and experience with UI Builder or Performance Analytics
Ability to translate technical constraints into business impact
Experience with IntegrationHub, APIs, and third‑party data sources Key requirements
