Technical Product Manager- ServiceNow

Experteer Overview In this technical leadership role, you own the 12-24 month roadmap for the IRM/GRC platform and drive architecture decisions to automate and unify risk management. You translate Audit, Legal, and Cybersecurity needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, delivering real-time visibility into enterprise risk. You will partner with executives to maintain an agile, out-of-the-box IRM/GRC suite aligned with

CSDM/CMDB

standards, while balancing new features with technical debt and platform health. You will lead cross-functional workshops and shape data models and integrations that scale across risk domains.

Compensation / Benefits

• Define quarterly goals and manage a prioritized backlog balancing features, technical debt, and platform health
• Lead workshops with Risk, Privacy, and Procurement to capture technical user stories and data models for Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Change
• Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning with Developers to ensure feasibility and quality
• Partner with Business and Tech leadership to build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks using Performance Analytics
• Collaborate with Architects/Tech Leads to ensure IRM solutions integrate with identity platforms, ERPs, and vulnerability tools Tasks
• 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery (senior)
• 5+ years as a TPM or BSA supporting ServiceNow
• 3+ years direct experience in IRM/GRC suite
• Experience with risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and audit processes in regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and workflows; familiarity with Security Operations and ITSM preferred
• CSA certification and experience with UI Builder or Performance Analytics
• Ability to communicate technical constraints to executives and translate business impact
• Experience with IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party data sources for risk automation Key requirements
