Job Description

Experteer Overview As a ServiceNow TPM, you will own the 12-24 month IRM/GRC product roadmap and govern how ServiceNow solutions scale to reduce manual effort and provide real-time risk visibility. You will bridge Audit, Legal, and Cybersecurity needs with technical execution, shaping architecture and data strategy toward a unified, automated ecosystem aligned with
CSDM/CMDB.
This is a technical leadership role that partners with executives to keep the IRM/GRC suite agile, maintainable, and integrated with enterprise platforms. You will influence both strategy and delivery, delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring platform health.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Define quarterly objectives and a prioritized backlog balancing new features, technical debt, and platform health
  • Lead workshops with Risk, Privacy, and Procurement to document technical user stories, processes, and data models for modules like Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Change
  • Facilitate ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning) with developers to ensure feasibility and quality
  • Build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks using Performance Analytics to monitor control effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Architects/Tech Leads to ensure integration of IRM with identity platforms, ERPs, and vulnerability tools Tasks
  • 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery (leadership experience preferred)
  • 5+ years as a TPM or BSA supporting ServiceNow, 3+ years in IRM/GRC
  • Experience with risk frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX) and audit processes in regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and workflows; familiarity with Security Operations and ITSM preferred
  • Effective communication across executive and operational levels; translating technical constraints into business impact
  • Partner with engineers on IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party data sources to automate risk assessments
  • ServiceNow CSA and experience with UI Builder or Performance Analytics Key requirements
