About the Role Seeking a Senior Treasury Product Owner/ SME with a strong product and data background to help drive Treasury transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned Treasury practitioner capable of advising on leading practices and drawing from prior implementations, rather than gathering requirements as a traditional business analyst. Candidates should be able to advise Treasury stakeholders on leading practices, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations based on prior implementations at comparable organizations. Strategic advisor and thought partner capable of bridging Treasury business requirements, data architecture, analytics, and AI capabilities. Successful candidates often combine Treasury expertise with a career progression through business analysis, data, analytics, product management, or AI-focused transformation roles. Experience Requirements 10+ years of experience, ideally spanning Treasury, data, analytics, and product leadership. Experience supporting business decisions related to capital forecasting, liquidity planning, cash investment optimization, share repurchase programs, and rating agency management is highly desirable. Treasury experience may come from financial services or other sophisticated corporate Treasury organizations (e.g., large technology, industrial, or multinational firms). Able to quickly understand Treasury business challenges without requiring extensive onboarding into Treasury concepts or terminology. Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing data capabilities, and translating business outcomes into technology and analytics solutions. Product, Data & AI Background Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-scale data transformation programs, including data sourcing, integration, lineage assessment, and operating model design Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into data and analytics solutions. Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled analytics, decision-support, or data modernization initiatives is required. Practical exposure to AI solutions in a business environment is important. Ability to define and structure data strategies that support Treasury analytics and decision-making. Capable of bridging Treasury business requirements, data architecture, analytics, and AI capabilities. Able to define the optimal path forward for Treasury data modernization and AI-driven decision support.

Data sourcing Data architecture Data lineage Data governance Data modeling Analytical frameworks Other skills Experience with SQL is highly desirable, as is exposure to Snowflake. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
