Lead development of personal care, beauty, and wellness products for major national retail partners Manage the full product lifecycle, including concept development, launch execution, retail placement, and performance analysis Collaborate with R D, sourcing, merchandising, inventory, and retail teams across domestic and international markets Join a fast-growing organization offering strong long-term career advancement opportunities Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package Salary range: $75,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience, plus bonus potential Key Responsibilities of the Personal Care Product Manager:
Oversee daily product development initiatives and account support activities, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to launch Partner with national retail buying and development teams to identify market opportunities and create innovative product programs Work alongside Category Managers and international merchandising teams to execute both seasonal and evergreen product strategies Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to support stock planning and replenishment strategies Assist with retail execution efforts, including product setup, merchandising strategy, and in-store placement initiatives Serve as a liaison between U.S. and international teams to align sourcing, development, and production timelines Attend trade shows and industry events to stay ahead of emerging trends and strengthen vendor relationships Manage product samples throughout development to ensure quality standards, brand consistency, and launch readiness Qualifications of the Personal Care Product Manager:
Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of product development and/or account management experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment Strong background in personal care, beauty, and/or health & wellness products required Experience supporting major national or big-box retail accounts strongly preferred Demonstrated success collaborating with retail buying and product development teams Strong understanding of product lifecycle management within a retail-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and global markets Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed Submit your resume today for immediate consideration Want to explore more exciting job opportunities?
