Job Description

Job Description Our healthcare insurance client is looking for a Product Manager who builds strong cross‑functional relationships, influences without authority, and thrives in a complex, data‑heavy sales enablement environment. This role will help shift teams from a project mindset to a product‑driven, agile model. Success depends on trust, communication, and partnership as much as product and technical skill. You'll work closely with Sales COEs, engineering, architecture, and vendor partners, acting as the connective tissue across groups while driving outcomes that support Medicare telesales agents and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Partnership & Relationship Building:
  • Develop trusted relationships across Sales COEs, business leaders, engineers, architects, and vendors.
  • Serve as a steady, credible partner in fast‑moving sales and enrollment cycles.
  • Align teams around priorities, constraints, and tradeoffs.
  • Translate business needs into technical understanding and vice versa.
  • Manage conflict constructively and keep teams aligned through ambiguity.
Product Ownership & Outcome Leadership:
  • Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Shape priorities based on value, impact, and feasibility.
  • Shift teams from requirements‑taking to problem‑solving and discovery.
  • Communicate the "why" behind decisions to build alignment and momentum.
Data Mapping, Integration & Systems Thinking:
  • Understand end‑to‑end data flows across CRM, sales enablement, and enrollment systems.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture on data mapping, integrations, and system boundaries.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts across a large, interconnected ecosystem.
  • Use data clarity to reduce friction and support alignment.
Systems & Domain Context:
  • Support CRM and sales enablement workflows across front‑end sales and enrollment systems and backend processes spanning 18+ integrated systems.
Pay range:
50-60/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
