POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing, in alignment with the Chief Technology Officer, the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of DartPoints' Cloud, Managed Services, and Colocation product portfolio. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution—translating market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights into differentiated products and platform capabilities. The individual will serve as a "player/coach" in shaping product direction, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, revenue-generating solutions. This role interfaces closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure products are aligned with company growth objectives and evolving industry dynamics. Primary Responsibilities Product Strategy & Market Leadership Continuously evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and investment priorities Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovation pathways to strengthen market positioning Roadmap Ownership & Execution Define and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap aligned to corporate strategy, revenue targets, and customer demand Prioritize features and capabilities based on business value, scalability, and competitive differentiation Cross-Functional Leadership Lead collaboration across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives Serve as the central point of accountability for product success from concept through commercialization Technical & Business Translation Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and functional designs Ensure alignment between product architecture, platform capabilities, and customer use cases Go-To-Market & Enablement Partner with sales engineering and marketing to define product positioning, pricing inputs, and go-to-market strategies Drive internal enablement through structured training, documentation, and sales education programs Performance Management & Analytics Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and financial impact Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to inform strategic decision-making Vendor & Ecosystem Management o Develop and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners Conduct regular business reviews to optimize performance and align on future opportunities Operational Excellence Ensure disciplined product lifecycle management, including documentation, testing standards, and release governance Support scalability and operational efficiency across the product portfolio Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmap execution 10+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or platform-based environments Deep familiarity with cloud, managed services, and/or colocation product ecosystems Proven ability to develop business cases, evaluate ROI, and align product investments with financial outcomes Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate at the executive level Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30%)
