Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Associate Director, Product Management We are seeking a results-driven Associate Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of products focused on driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and long-term business success. This leadership role will oversee product strategy, lifecycle management, innovation commercialization, and cross-functional execution while partnering closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and R D teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of product managers while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Own product portfolio strategy, P&L performance, and multi-year product roadmaps. Manage product lifecycle activities including innovation, launches, growth initiatives, optimization, and rationalization. Partner cross-functionally with R D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Sales to bring products from concept through commercialization. Support contract manufacturing relationships, ensuring alignment on capacity, quality, cost, and product launch execution. Drive business growth through market analysis, customer insights, portfolio planning, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of marketing, sales, or related commercial experience, including 3+ years in product management. Demonstrated success managing product portfolios, product launches, and P&L responsibility. Experience working within manufacturing environments and supporting supply chain or contract manufacturing operations. Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
