Senior Manager, Shopper Solutions Insights, Pureplay Are you passionate about shaping the future of eCommerce for Mars Petcare? We are seeking a Senior Manager of Shopper Solutions Insights to spearhead our analytics and research for Pureplay customers like Amazon and Chewy. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Insights, Sales, and Category Leadership, where you will transform complex shopper data into powerful, actionable strategies that drive joint business growth. You will be our primary expert on the digital shelf, eCommerce data, and shopper behavior, embedding your insights directly into our category and account plans. In this pivotal role, you will not only influence todays decisions but also build tomorrows capabilities. As we evolve, a key focus will be driving efficiency and pioneering new AI-driven solutions, moving beyond traditional dashboards to create innovative tools like AI chatbots powered by our data. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7 years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, account management, or consulting. Strong hands-on experience conducting shopper and behavioral analytics across multiple data sources (panel, loyalty, digital shelf, etc.). Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytical projects, from problem definition to generating business recommendations. Experience influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners. Demonstrated success in translating insights into tangible business actions and outcomes. Expertise with Chewy and Amazon data environments.

Experience in CPG, working closely with major retail customers.

Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools, advanced data environments, and platforms like NIQ, Data Impact, or Similarweb. What will be your key responsibilities? Serve as the end-to-end owner of pureplay shopper insights, integrating behavioral data and research into actionable recommendations. Lead eCommerce analytics, leveraging digital shelf, clickstream, and conversion data to uncover growth opportunities. Develop and execute a comprehensive pureplay learning plan in partnership with category and retail teams. Act as a trusted advisor to pureplay retailers, presenting insights and activating solutions directly with their teams. Build a holistic view of shopper behavior across channels, connecting the digital and physical retail experiences. Design and lead digital shelving research, translating findings into best practices and retailer-ready solutions. Embed with account and category teams to ensure insights are aligned with retailer strategies and growth opportunities. Test and implement new research methodologies and AI capabilities, sharing learnings across the organization to drive efficiency and innovation. What can you expect from Mars?
