We are a well-established game publisher and developer, one of the most respected names in bringing iconic franchises to new platforms and audiences. Since the mid-90s we've shipped over 200 titles and built a reputation for quality, creativity, and genuinely caring about the games we make. Beloved franchises, modern platforms, and a team that takes the craft seriously.
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of game products from business case through launch, sitting at the intersection of development, publishing, and finance.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you'll work across development, marketing, sales, and finance to keep products on track and aligned to business goals. That means owning the business case for your titles, translating strategy into actionable requirements, keeping cross-functional teams organized and moving, and being the connective tissue between the creative and commercial sides of the house. You'll pitch product vision to internal stakeholders and external partners and be accountable for delivering on time, on budget, and to quality.
What we're looking for:5+ years in product management, ideally within game developmentHands-on experience shipping titles across PC, Xbox, PS4, and SwitchStrong business acumen, comfortable with P&L, budgets, and financial riskA natural communicator who can work at every level of an organizationOrganized, decisive, and willing to roll up your sleevesHigh emotional intelligence and a genuine love for gamesWhy this role:
