Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Product Manager position for our client. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing Agile product delivery, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong product strategy expertise, technical acumen, and experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics. Translate business objectives and customer needs into prioritized product backlogs and actionable workstreams. Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features, technical debt, and defect remediation using Agile prioritization frameworks. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Drive stakeholder alignment and secure approvals on product direction and roadmap initiatives. Monitor KPIs and OKRs to ensure successful product delivery and business value realization.
Required Skills:
Product Vision & Strategy Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies Backlog Management & Prioritization Stakeholder Management Technical Product Management expertise Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Required Experience:
5+ years of Technical Product Management or Product Management experience Experience working with Agile software development teams Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and enterprise product delivery initiatives Strong collaboration experience with technical and business stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
