Use data, metrics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain product documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Contribute to product trade-off discussions by balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role. Experience working with modern Point of Sale systems or store technology platforms. Exposure to AI/ML, automation, data-driven product features, metrics, or experimentation frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
