Job Description:
I am absolutely thrilled to share a brand-new, high-impact opportunity right here in the DFW area! If you are a commercially minded product leader who loves driving strategy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has deep roots in the home services industry , we need to connect. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager for Core Categories based in Irving, TX. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will take the reins on the performance and growth of some seriously important product lines. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will partner heavily with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. Your ultimate goal is to deliver profitable growth and bring truly innovative products to market. Who You Are The ideal candidate is someone who confidently navigates change and makes strong decisions even when things are a little ambiguous. You bring an ownership mentality, excellent financial acumen, and a strategic mindset that easily translates consumer and operational insights into smart business moves. You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in product or category management, ideally within retail, consumer products, or a similar customer-driven industry. If you have experience with global sourcing or formal product development, that is a huge plus! What You Will Do Your focus will be on developing category strategies that drive market competitiveness. You will own the entire product roadmap, balancing innovation and lifecycle management from concept all the way through launch. By leveraging market trends and data analysis, you will guide strategic decisions, monitor category performance, and collaborate with teams across the board to improve forecasting, supply chain performance, and go-to-market initiatives. The Perks This role offers a fantastic salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, but the perks absolutely do not stop there. You will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, stellar professional development opportunities, and employee recognition programs. Plus, you will be working on a gorgeous, convenient campus featuring an on-site fitness facility and a restaurant!
