Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX, Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own an AI end-user tooling product from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous iteration. This role is accountable for building intelligent, AI-powered experiences that meaningfully improve how knowledge workers get their jobs done. The right candidatebines deep product instinct with genuine AI fluency, understanding both the art of crafting delightful end-user experiences and the science of working with modern AI models. They arefortable making trade-offs across user value, technical feasibility, business oues, and responsible AI considerations.
Responsibilities:
Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management
Review and analyzeplex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Contribute to the resolution ofplex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Requirements:
5-7 years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with AI, ideally in an AI product organization or on AI products
Product Management Fundamentals:
End-to-end ownership with a demonstrated track record of taking a product from idea to launch and through multiple iterations
Customer obsession with deep empathy for end users and a habit of grounding decisions in user evidence
Prioritization skills with the ability to say no thoughtfully and focus a team on the highest-leverage work
Strategic thinking, able to zoom out to vision and zoom in to release-level decisions fluidly
Excellent writtenmunication to write crisp PRDs, narratives, and decision documents that scale across the organization
AI & Technical Fluency:
LLM literacy with an understanding of modern foundation models, their capabilities, limitations, and failure modes
Prompt and evaluation design skills to shape prompts, define evaluation rubrics, and reason about model quality trade-offs
Fluency in modern AI interaction patterns: chat, agents, copilots, structured outputs, tool use, and human-in-the-loop
Ability to partner with engineers, read system designs, and ask sharp technical questions
Understanding of Responsible AI risk surfaces: hallucination, bias, privacy, security, and over-reliance
User Experience & Design Sense:
Collaborates as a peer with designers on flows, prototypes, and interaction details
Holds a high bar for craft, polish, and user-perceived quality
Considers a broad range of users in design decisions regarding accessibility and inclusion
Data & Analytics:
SQL or equivalent to pull and explore product data without depending on others
Ability to design and interpret A/B tests, offline evaluations, and structured pilots
Defines input, output, and guardrail metrics that drive the right behavior
Leadership & Communication:
Tailors message and depth for the audience, from working groups to senior leaders
Drives alignment across partner teams and functions with influence
Bias to action, moving with urgency while maintaining quality and judgment
Ownership mindset that treats oues, not output, as the measure of success
Desired skills:

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
