Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. This role is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the hard side cooler category through end-to-end product lifecycle management. This role owns category strategy, product roadmap development, commercialization, and in-market performance, partnering cross-functionally to deliver innovative products that meet consumer needs and business objectives.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Category Strategy & Business Performance Develop and execute category growth strategies, including new product initiatives, line extensions, and portfolio optimization. Support annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning, including volume, revenue, margin, and financial forecasts. Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, POS data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and business risks. Track category and product performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth. Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning processes. Product Management & Commercialization Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation. Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with category strategy and business objectives. Lead product launch execution, ensuring delivery against timelines, cost targets, margin goals, and quality standards. Manage existing product lines, including SKU rationalization, product updates, and end-of-life planning. Partner with Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to bring new products and line extensions to market successfully. Communicate project status, business performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Consumer & Market Insights Lead consumer, market, and competitive research to identify unmet needs and inform product decisions. Translate consumer insights into product requirements, positioning, and innovation opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing on packaging, branding, product claims, and go-to-market strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership Influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve category objectives and annual business targets. Drive continuous improvement in planning, decision-making, and commercialization processes. Provide product expertise, training, and support to Sales, Marketing, and key internal stakeholders. Experience owning a product portfolio and managing products through the full lifecycle—from consumer insights and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization. Demonstrated success developing product roadmaps, launching new products, and driving category growth. Strong analytical skills with experience using POS, syndicated market data, consumer research, and financial analysis to drive decisions. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in consumer products or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with hard side cooler brands/categories Knowledge of hard side cooler construction, manufacturing processes To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics: Commercial & Financial Acumen:

Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to achieve business objectives. Communication & Executive Presence:
