Director of Product Management, nCino Mortgage Solutions

nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. nCino is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product managers and cross-functional teams delivering AI-powered products and platforms across the nCino Mortgage suite from concept through release. You'll set the AI product vision and strategy, championing the responsible application of machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics to solve customer problems and build durable competitive advantage. This role owns the full scope; defining budgets for large deliverables, identifying the resources and talent needed to bring AI-enabled solutions to market, and monitoring programs from initiation through delivery while staying closely connected to external clients. Beyond the internal work, this is a thought leadership position: you'll provide technical advice and direction to teams and senior stakeholders, representing nCino's AI product perspective in the market and directly with customers.

Essential Functions:

Roadmap/Strategy:

Actively create and receive input from team to define 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets for what is to be worked on Creating vision and strategy to succeed Solutions on roadmap are tied to corporate objectives Director level has paved the way with Sales and Success leadership to ensure appropriate revenue and adoption forecasting has taken place to justify the investments Initiates new or revised programs / operating policies for across department and multiple teams Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs. Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions, track adoption, and surface opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that add value to the customer experience while staying informed on emerging technologies and their potential application across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience and 4+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience Knowledge of the small business banking and consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies. Outstanding written and oral communication skills Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (
